All pieces are handmade to your order unless otherwise noted in product description. Normally it takes 3-4 weeks to complete. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive. We always do our best to meet your needs.
Due to the nature of the handmade business, we cannot accept returns. While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, all sales are final. If you are hesitant and have any questions, please contact us prior to placing an order. Production will start upon confirmation of payment on the same business day and once submitted cannot be canceled so please be sure of your purchase.
Natural Stones
They are natural with no treatment. Therefore, you may see some tiny spots left unpolished or faint line at surface. They are no breakage. They are imperfection broke up on the surface.
100% recycled gold / silver
“100% recycled” does not happen by chance. It is meant to be. We hereby guarantee that 100% recycled gold / silver does not contain any newly mined gold / silver, based on our personal knowledge and written guarantee by supplier. Due to important factors such as cost, at this moment it is available in some of cast pieces and ALL wire series that are described in product pages.
Color of products
We always put our best effort to display our products as accurate as possible however, color of stone or metal you are viewing from your monitor may be slightly different from actual color due to many factors including lighting of photo and color management of your monitor. We are not responsible for any inaccuracy of color of products.
We will be happy to resize your order after delivery. There is no charge for this service except for shipping. ($150 shipping fee for return shipping)
